      partial support for pools added to dhcpd.c--the lease file will now support a shared-network statement
      added packet offer, request counters to system--writes out to /var/log. temporarily removed pool tag from lease file and the parsing of the lease file was barfing on the uncognized tag--which was causing a problem. might need to write this to a seperate file for later consumption.
      fixes problem with leasing file on parse by dhcpd--include hash in front of new parameter, meaning to ignore.

      fix for bug 277--added support for dhcp stats
