    Added logrotate.d instructions for /var/log/messages, will rotate on 25meg boundary, and with a limit of 10 files--for a grand total of 250megs.

    fix for bug 872--log rotation is on a best efforts basis. Log files are checked every 10 minutes and rotated on this schedule.
