    fix for bug 2006. Now policies with protocol are assigned a protocol from the assigned protocol. this only applies to export in the source in the source match module.

    Bug #2021
    Policy wants a U32 range variable on the right hand side of prefix-length comparison operator. Currently CLI is restricted to accept only one integer number. Template specifies a range with only one number is sent to the policy engine.
