    changed livecd build process:
    * vyatta packages can now depend on external packages as long as all required
    packages are in the vyatta community or supported (depending on which version
    is being built) repository (on archive.vyatta.com).
    * when building livecd, any packages (and their dependencies) required by the
    built vyatta packages will automatically be fetched from the repository and
    "installed" as part of the iso image.
