    added script for migrating config file to new NAT CLI syntax. it performs the
    following migration:
    * change "type" to "masquerade" if "translation-type" was "masquerade".
    * remove "translation-type".
    * convert "network" in "inside-address"/"outside-address" to "range".
    * remove "network" from "inside-address"/"outside-address".
    
    the plan is to move this script into postinst when the packaging is ready.
