Yes, this is the "cli" test from http://virtual/iso_regress.html , but I 
don't know if the nightly regression had ever run yet after the camarillo 
merge.

I noticed that your backout commit didn't have all the changes as the 
initial commit.  Could there be something in those other changes or are they 
just fluff?
